Carmen I. Pagan is a Partner of the Firm and Head of Agency Lending Practice. Carmen concentrates her practice in real estate matters. She represents DUS and construction lenders, seller/servicers and other financial institutions in all aspects of commercial lending, including conventional loans, senior housing, student housing, credit enhancement for municipal mortgage bond financings originated through Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer and Capital Markets Execution programs, and Fannie Mae DUS program.
