In January 2019, the firm represented a seller of a Manhattan townhouse for $7,775,000.00.   The townhouse came with an assignment of a 99 year lease for outdoor space from an adjoining property.   The parties also completed an assignment of Seller’s mortgage to Purchaser’s lender resulting in a savings to the parties of over $30,000.00.  This matter was handled by Matthew G.
