Represented Developer in $54 Million Acquisition of 519 W 29th st Building for Condo Project

In November 2015, Romer Debbas LLP assisted a developer client in acquiring an industrial building for $54,750,00.00 million as part of a plan to building a condominium project.   The firm will also be handling the creation of the condominium (offering plan etc.) as well as the sale and closings of the units.  This transaction was handled by Guy Arad.
