In April 2018, the firm represented Institutional Lender in a construction loan for $12,300,000.00 (acquisition, building and project) secured by a parcel of vacant land in the Bronx.   This project consists of a ground up development of Class A mixed use building with 73 residential apartments, 18,000 square feet of community space and 37 parking spaces.  This matter was handled by Guy Arad, Esq.
