In November 2016, we represented a NYC real estate developer in connection with a $39,000,000.00 construction loan.  This loan will enable our client to complete a luxury condominium development in Chelsea for which the firm is also handling the offering plan and legal work associated with the project and unit closings.    This matter was handled by Guy Arad, Esq. and Alison Weisman, Esq.
