What was expected to be a routine closing took an unexpected turn when, during the final walkthrough just minutes before signing, the buyer expressed concern about the views. Thanks to the sponsor’s flexibility, a unit swap was arranged, and the transaction closed a few days later on a residence that was a better fit.
