Darian Salazar is an associate in the firm’s Agency Lending & Affordable Housing Department led by partner Carmen Pagan.

Darian primarily focuses on representing commercial lenders, seller/servicers, and other financial institutions in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, with an emphasis on affordable housing.

Darian has previously supported the firm’s transactional real estate and real estate litigation departments.  Darian specializes in residential and commercial purchase/sale and leasing transactions, including office & retail leasing, access, and license agreements as well as AIA contracts.  He is well versed in transactional due diligence and real estate finance matters.
