- Dispute Resolution – where disputes arise between shareholders or between shareholders and the board/association, our team is often asked to provide mediations services in the interests of resolving the matter. Our goal is to defuse the situation and resolve conflicts in a reasonable and efficient manner.
- Litigation Defense – from time to time, situations arise where board and association clients are sued requiring immediate litigation support. Our experienced team of litigators are able to step in and defend the interests of our clients. On this front, the firm has key relationships with various Directors & Officers Liability Insurance carriers which consent to our office being engaged on behalf of the insurance carrier.
