Nicole Fadel is an associate in the firm’s residential real estate department and supports the firm’s active transactional real estate practice. Nicole specializes in assisting buyers, sellers and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions.

During law school, Nicole served as an extern in our residential practice and became an invaluable member of the team. She is well versed with respect to the due diligence conducted on residential real estate transactions including review of offering plans, financial statements, co-op/condo board minutes.
