Nicole Fadel is an associate in the firm’s residential real estate department and plays an integral role in supporting its active transactional practice. Her work focuses on representing buyers, sellers, and lending institutions involved in residential real estate transactions in a broad range of residential transactions—from first-time homebuyers to high-end investors and celebrity clientele.

Nicole is well-versed in the due diligence process, including the review of offering plans, financial statements, and co-op/condo board minutes. She regularly negotiates contracts and coordinates with clients, brokers, and attorneys to ensure transactions proceed smoothly from contract to closing. She maintains a solutions-oriented approach and strong working relationships with all parties to facilitate an efficient and seamless closing experience.
