Michael R. Feldman, Esq. is a partner and co-manager of the firm’s residential real estate department. Michael concentrates his practice on representing buyers, sellers and lending institutions in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Well-known throughout the industry for working on ultra-high-end residential transactions, Michael regularly represents high-net-worth individuals and notable public figures. His clientele includes buyers and sellers on the Forbes World’s Billionaires list as well as top celebrities, professional athletes, actors, musicians, movie producers, and corporate executives. Michael was Romer Debbas’ first hire when the firm was formed in 2010 and was the first associate to be promoted to partner. During Michael’s tenure at the firm, he has become widely known as one of the top real estate attorneys in NYC—held in the highest regard for his legal acumen, advocacy of his clients, and consummate professionalism.

Michael graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was further recognized for academic excellence by being inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key International Honor Society. He later attended Seton Hall University School of Law located in Newark, New Jersey. After graduating, Michael focused his practice on civil litigation and criminal defense as an associate for highly regarded New Jersey-based practitioners.

Michael has been recognized by Super Lawyers (as published in the New York Times) and Best Lawyers (as published in the Wall Street Journal) as one of the top real estate attorneys in NYC under the age of 40.
