Isabella Timash serves as a law clerk in the firm’s residential real estate department, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s busy transactional practice. Her work includes performing comprehensive due diligence on residential real estate matters, such as reviewing offering plans, financial statements, and co-op or condominium board minutes. Isabella also assists the attorneys throughout all phases of residential transactions, ensuring a smooth process from contract through closing.
She is fluent in Portuguese and a NYC native.
