Kate E. Wildonger is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department under the supervision of partners Steven Kirkpatrick, Esq and Patricia Feldman, Esq. Kate assists the firm’s clients on a wide variety of litigation matters including, but not limited to, landlord-tenant disputes, administrative and regulatory agency matters, bankruptcy proceedings, ADA and human rights litigation, construction disputes, arbitrations and cases in state and federal courts. She also assists on various commercial real estate and property management matters.
Prior to joining Romer Debbas, Kate obtained valuable experience at another New York City based law firm where she focused heavily on landlord-tenant related litigation.
