Romer Debbas LLP’s Commercial Real Estate Finance team represented a prominent regional lender in connection with an $11.6 Million Advance under an existing $50 Million Loan on Loan facility.    This loan provided leverage in connection with the refinancing of a first mortgage loan relating to a 4-story, 34,644 square foot, 156-bed, community use (homeless shelter) facility located in Brooklyn, New York.  This transaction was handled by partners Guy Arad and Alison Weisman Roeper.
