Patricia L. Feldman is a partner of the Firm in the litigation division. She is a skilled and tenacious litigator, experienced in strategizing major commercial landlord/tenant matters. She represents property owners in commercial real estate litigation in Civil Court and Supreme Court, including commercial holdover and non-payment proceedings, commercial collection, breach of contract and guarantor actions, defense of Yellowstone declaratory judgment/injunction and in rem nuisance/padlock actions. She negotiates agreements, stipulations, commercial leases, lease modification agreements, surrender agreements, prepares and argues substantive motions, and conducts hearings and trials.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Feldman was a member of a real estate litigation firm where she represented property owners in commercial landlord/tenant litigation. Prior thereto, she served as in-house counsel to a NYC real estate management and development company. Prior thereto she was in private practice where she gained extensive experience in real estate litigation, with a focus on commercial and residential landlord/tenant litigation, leasing and real estate transactions.
