Scott Krinsky is a Partner in the firm's Residential Lending and Agency Lending Departments and has been with the firm since 2016. Scott manages the firm's Residential Lending practice serving as counsel to over thirty (30) lending institutions and private banks, and has extensive experience and expertise representing institutional lenders in connection with loans pertaining to the purchase and refinance of residential properties. Scott also regularly represents commercial lenders, seller/servicers and other financial institutions in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing product line and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.

In addition to lender representation, Scott often represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of condominiums, coops, single-family and multi-family buildings throughout New York.

Scott has been published in journals such as Bloomberg and The Mann Report, and has frequently been quoted in articles from many other real estate and finance related news sources.

Since 2018, Scott has been named in the Rising Stars section of Super Lawyers. Rising Stars lists the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in their practice area.
